SO much for doing weight training or running the full three days this week. I only managed 2 days of three miles and on the second one I didn't even bother doing the bench press that we usually before running. (since it is the only thing we can't really do at home with our measley weight set)
Well, here's to next week! As next week is always better right? :)
At least you got 2 days in! I only made it for 1 this week XD Best of luck to the both of us on next week :) |
