Entry Day 4 Recap & Day 5
Dec 15 2007 12:07

So the morning of Day 4 was very productive.  We are going to pick up the recap right around lunch time.  For lunch I had a 2nd bowl of Kashi Promise Strawberry Fields with 1 cup of Whole Milk (that is one thing that will not go!  I hate the taste of watered down, I mean, skim milk.)  Dinner was a left-over 'feast.'  I had a rotissire chicken sandwich (about 530 calories) and a half serving of speghetti (about 330 calories.)  So I had a big dinner, but I was feeling a bit dizzy prior so I knew I had to take in a bit more then what I've been eating.  I ended up taking in a total of 1805 calories, which isn't too bad.  Only about 100 over my normal, which I attribute to a yummy peanut butter cookie!  My activity easily made up for that though, between the gym in the morning, about an hour of billiards, and a 30 minute trip to the grocery store I burned about 3400 calories.

Day 5 started out naughty :).  I had an eclair for breakfast, 260 calories, but who cares, I wanted it.  As lunch draws closer I find myself wondering what to eat.  I have dinner already planned out, actually a recipie from this site.  I will be making the Mexican Pizza Pitas for myself and my dad.  Knowing whats for dinner makes the rest of the day much easier because I know what kind of calories I can take in, and still be where I want to be at the end of the day.

Planning your dinner first...

great idea. I try to plan my lunch before I go get it, but some times ita hard. I have to eat out for lunch (well I get free lunch at work and my boss always wants me to go eat with her).

I think I'm gona start planning out my dinners ahead of time so I'll know how many calories I can have for lunch. Then if I go over, I can still cut something from my dinner (or have less of it).

How was the pizza Pitas?
