48 days into the diet and about a week since I began going to the gym. I'm under 200....  53.1 more pounds to go.

Entry Day #38 Tomorrow is a New Day

Tomorrow will be the first time I've gone to a gym to seriously work out.  Today I signed up but it was kind of late so I didn't want it to count towards the membership so tomorrow is the day.  I paid for a two month membership so I'll will do my best to attend every day for at least 3 hours.

So it's day #30 and so far I've lost 25.4pounds still have a long way to go but it's been 1 month without coke, fast foods or any binging whatsoever.  Next 30 days, I look forward to see you.

No excercise today, woke up late .   Started taking pictures to document the progress better.  Also, I put the scale away a couple of days ago so haven't weighed myself since day #17. Progress updates will be on :
