They say that if you have a goal, you should write it down. There is something that makes writing it down final. Maybe that is why I have been so prone to "cheating". So here it goes:
1) No "naughty" sweets on the weekdays. I am talking big ticket items here--cake, candy, ice cream, etc. Not including things like my sugar free jello. I did pretty well last week, until the weekend came and I overdid it. Hopefully I won't continue to indulge once I have it written down.
2) Log food daily. Even if I splurge. I have been pretty honest in this also and still seem to go over, but I will be making some changes and altering what I buy. That should keep me honest!
3) Drink my water!! I don't often take this seriously, maybe another reason I go over...I'm not full from my fluid intake.
4) Exercise 4 days per week. More if I have the time. Even if it just entails stretching, dumb bells, and exercise ball. I would even consider cleaning the house as exercise, as the kids seem to be like tornados.
5) Eat out only once per week. Ahh yes, another downfall. As if the previous ones weren't bad enough! This, THIS is where I buy all the fat to deposit on my body. Convience can be found at home too. And I find when I do stop at a drive thru, I am still hungry when I get done eating. IF I am out of town, I will eat healthy choices instead of the usual buger and fries.
