But after just working out, and abiding by my new rules, I am being good.  I'll drink water and do some sit ups or weights instead.

Hello, I read your post. When you said icecream, it sounded soooo good! Then I recalled that I do have icecream, the kind we CAN eat.

Edy's Slow Churned Rich and Creamy...(this one is vanilla).
