Hello, I read your post. When you said icecream, it sounded soooo good! Then I recalled that I do have icecream, the kind we CAN eat. Edy's Slow Churned Rich and Creamy...(this one is vanilla). sweetened with Splenda; No Sugar Added; Light Icecream 50% less fat & 30% fewer calories than regular. here are the specs on it... serving: 1/2 cup (62g) calories: 90 total fat: 3g saturated fat: 2g cholesterol: 10mg total carbohydrates: 13g dietary fiber: 2g sugars: 4g sugar alcohol: 5g protein: 3 vit A-6% calcium- 10% And it taste sooooooooo good!
