weight: 145lbs

2/25/08-
weight: 135

I'm so proud of you! See this is why you gotta write down the numbers, cuz I personally feel fat no matter what I do, cuz I'm just used to being fat!  You rock...

What's that tat on your thigh of?

I follow a pretty low glycemic diet, no refined sugar...The only high glycemic foods i eat are like carrots and such. It definitely works! I'm glad you're so committed to being hot, it's an interest we can share!

How many dvds of callanetics did you get?

i just got the 10 yrs in 10 hours one. i definitely feel it.

i am trying to follow the GI, but i need to focus on the lists of approved foods. i think most of what i'm eating is already low GI,  except for a few things. i made a veggie sandwich today and it was soooo good. mmmm.

i still feel fat. even though i can see a difference in the pics and numbers, i want to folds to go away. 

the tat on my leg is a geisha girl.
