I'm on day 6 and I seemed to have 2.5 pounds since i started. Not sure if I lost fat or some muscle. That's a very confusing area for me. I'm about a size 8/10 but still, some fat or flab lingers.
I ate some post original shredded wheat for breakfast with some flaxseed and raisins, but ended up hungry again 2 and a half to 3 hours later and I don't really understand why. I thought I ate enough fiber this morning. About 8 grams of fiber at least. So right now I'm having a yogurt. My question is, should I be hungry again so soon?
