Entry eating

i started dieting about 4 weeks ago. I once got all the way up to 315 lbs that wasnt too long ago not even a year to tell the truth.  Upon starting this new diet I was at a starting weight of 295 lbs. Now I am setting at an uncool 265 lbs every one else compliments me but i cant see a diffrence yet even though it is a 30 lbs loss. I eat way below the recomended caloric intake but still feel like i am cheating on my diet. I get my gym membership in a week and a half so i believe that i will lose more even faster. I dont believe in only losing 2 pounds per week. in fact my weight loss was all in two weeks righ now im staying where i was but am planning on getting back on the right track. I dont have very many people to inspire me so if you feel the same way just write me a message im easy to get along with and i am great motivation and would also like movitation myself. MY goal is to get to 200 lbs so that when i graduate college in summer of 09 i can go to the air force. So if you want to talk just leave me one.

Let going into the Air Force be your motivator.  Or, what you will do if you don't get into the Air Force, which ever is the better motivator.

My motivator is an early death.  Morbid yes.  But it works for me.  In fact, I just quit smoking after 19 years and I did it in a very strange way per my friends.  I did it cold-turkey and acted like I was "breaking-up" with cigarettes like a boyfriend.  Cigs were stealing a lot of my money, they made me stink, and worst of all, they were trying to kill me!  What a terrible "boyfriend;"  they had to go!  LOL
