Entry the gym

 A new found apriciation for the gym. This is my new house i live eat and train like a bitch there. I sweat, bleed, and love going to the gym. I have been going now for a little over two weeks and i lvoe it. I havnt lost any weight so i believe that i am puting on a ton of muscle. I got 4-5 times a week and do serouse body building. My new goal isnt to get down to 200 but to get to 215 of solid muscle. I never really went to the gym much before and i have been increasing my weight that i lift by large numbers everytime that i go. My friends that go with me to motivate me think that im on steroids but its jsut the natural adreneline kicking in. as well as lifting weights i also do some cardio and swim a couple times a week. I hope this is all worth it in the end. A 1200 calorie diet isnt as bad as i thouth that it would be i started out and it was horrable to give up pizza and spegitti, chips hamburgers and all that good stuff but now i love fruits and vegeatables and fish more than any other food. I know this because i tried to eat a hamburger the other day and i couldnt stand the taste of it.

I know what you mean about our tastes for unhealthy food changing.  Whenever I treat myself on one of my old favorite foods I end up not even enjoying it that much anymore so I figure what's the point. Why am I eating this?  Old habits are hard to break I guess.  Glad you're enjoying the gym  Wish I had one nearby.  I have my own gym in the basement but not as much fun doing it on my own.
