Boating on St. Johns River

Went boating with Michael, Liz and Sara. What a blast! Rained for a while; we moored up under a bridge. Had cocktails, went between North and South Bank and The Landing downtown. Michael and I came back to my place at Julington Creek Plantation. We'll get up and go to the 4th party at The Landing and Metropolitan Park all day. Pat Benitar and Richard Marxx are going to perform. Fireworks at 9:30!

My workouts are hard and long. I don't eat any junk. Found my 31's are loose. I deserve a day off...
