			<title>Day 5 and going strong...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Learned a lot...eat something in the morning...and drink more water.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Had a great workout at the Wellness Center, treadmill for 40 minutes and finish with a little weight training. My legs are still sore and stiff from Sunday's workout. I'm doing excellent at reducing pop and increasing water intake...by subbing everyother pop with a bottle of water. I'll be anxious to check out the scale on Thursday...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This web site has been a great help in tracking/calculating calories. Makes logging food and exercise less painful...I need to use it as PLANNING tool, too...put some recipes into the database and make good, informed decisions about eating right.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/jorog/230104.html</comments>
