			<title>My baby is sick</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;My D, is 19 and has move dout. I seen her yesturday and sh elooked horrible. So i talked her into go to the er. Her o2 lvl was at 60% so they admited her. Last night they thought she had a blood clot but 2 tests rules tha out. Maybe pnumonia but highly unlikely because she hs no fever. At this point they ave given her 2 types of anitbiotics in a iv to hopefully catch if it is a infection.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Im staying home until this evening, she is resting and mama dose her no good fussing w/ her while she is trying to rest.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, Im going to pick up the house &amp;lt; staying very busy&amp;gt; and not give myself excuses to over eat.&amp;nbsp; I did well lastnight and i will keep up my work so im strong and healthy to care for my family.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;eating a yummy bowl of cereal with banana and strawberries. I went for a nice bike ride 3 miles or so i think.&amp;nbsp; I really will keep my eye out for&amp;nbsp; abetter bike. I&amp;nbsp; have found a form of exercize i love.. riding a bike and swimming. this old bike i have is rusted and i think a few inches too short.. but i will make do until i can get another&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I ended up breaking even yesturday cals in and out. But thats cool cause i got some exercize in. Much better then sitting around and eating more then what i burn!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>May 1, love this time of year</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Its so beutiful out. Kids get home we do some chores, run to the pool !&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Also a play ground area and a basketball court.. I love waching them play tag and giggle amoung themselves while im swimming or watching from th epool side.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ive gotton back on the horse again. Ive been getting more active tho just baby steps.. walking the dog and leisure swimming in th epool.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Im trying to get the calories burned accurate because i think in the past ive not ate enough. I just want 1k in dificit a day. just 1.5-2 lbs a week is good. Ive lost and gained 30 lbs over the last two years twice. Its because i lost to quickly maybe. And also working on staying busy so i dont do boredom eating.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I lost my water weight which was 9 lbs in 4 days. So now i will start paying attention to that scale.&amp;nbsp; Im going to weigh in on mondays. i want 6-10 lbs a month loss.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/josettelayton/296749.html</comments>
