Well, I did my first day on Medifast. Followed the plan and did not drink wine. Lost 2.6 lbs. I'm sure that's not realistic but it is encouraging. Very strict and food is powdered so I just pretend that I'm an astronaut . . . NOT. The shakes and bars are good, tho.

Well, got on the scale this am and was down a total of 3.4 lbs for just 2 days. The scrambled eggs were pretty good. Go to Medifast.com and you can get the infor. I just signed up on line and the food was delivered. The only real food you eat is the one meal you prepare of lean meat and greens. You can choose this meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I have a lunch date next week so will just have grilled chicken or fish and either steamed veggies or a salad. I know this is not the answer for the long run but I look at it as a good jump start to weight loss and therefore it will be easier to watch my calories in the future. They also have a website, much like this, to log your infor. |
