First, my name is JT and im 20 years old attending college in the PNW(pacific north west).
I began dieting/exercising to losing weight mid-June. When i started i weighed in at 230-235, and now i am down to about 200. My ultimate goal is to get down to between 160 and 165. I was successful for the previous several months by being trying to be more careful about what i ate. I would also go to the gym 5 days a week for cardio and weights but with an emphasis on cardio and the wight workouts were designed to improve cardio performance. As far as eating went, i didnt necessarily eat healthier, i just ate less. It also helped that my summer job was construction work.
In order to reach my goal, ill be using this site to keep a more careful eye on my actions as well as maintain a good workout schedule.
I will probably try to post to the journal once a week for updates, but i may very well forget >.<
