Can't BELIEVE how many HOT days we've had (in a ROW) !!!   WHEW !!

Since I started losing weight (before CC)) - I have now officially lost 45+ lbs !!!  I can't even believe how fast it has come off.  

I  thank God everyday for helping me control my calories.  Without Him and the great friends I've met on CC, who knows where I'd be right now !!
