Wow, it's been a month since I've journaled !! Time flys TOO fast !!
As of today, I'm down to 212 ... that's 50 lbs since (before) I started here !! WOW, it's amazing how much better I feel !! I can do so many things without getting all tired and winded !!
I've been so busy at work these past few weeks and haven't had a lot of time to log my foods. So far, I'm doing ok... just haven't been losing like I was. Hopefully I can get back to faithfully logging again.
Back to work .... darn it.
