			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well the official diet hasn't started yet, by permission of the book.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pizza is my downfall.&amp;nbsp; I love it.&amp;nbsp; I may have weight problems just due to overdoing it almost weekly!&amp;nbsp; Simple as that.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oh well.&amp;nbsp; But I had left room in my plan for 4 slices, but after it I gave in to a mini coke and some candy!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today forgot to wear my pedometer.&amp;nbsp; I realize I don't move much on days I don't walk the dog or exercise. :(&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I'm Using Beck Diet Solution</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have just purchased the Beck Diet Solution Train Your Mind to Think Like a Thin Person.&amp;nbsp; I was disappointed I had to pick a diet, not just train my mind.&amp;nbsp; The diet I chose was to calculate how many calories I should target for through online counters, and do calorie counting.&amp;nbsp; That is what led me to this site.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Good place to log without having to write it down.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This book is wise as you start reading it and it says don't start for 15 days.&amp;nbsp; But as most people do, they start to implement the suggestions anyhow but with the added bonus that &quot;hey I CAN have that cause my diet doesn't officially start yet&quot;...(which I have done).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It was a good wake up call to search food caloric contents and push me into increasing my workouts.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have also added a pedometer.&amp;nbsp; The instruction book for the pedometer suggests walking 12,000 steps a day for weight loss. What a wakeup call.&amp;nbsp; I already walk the dog briskly (near jog) for about an hour a day and according to what I do in a day plus the dog walking&amp;nbsp; it only added up to 7,500 steps, so I am well below the suggested amount.&amp;nbsp; And I thought I was being active!&lt;/p&gt;
