Well as of Friday I am 16lbs down...thats 2lbs a week..I put my 3rd charm back on my braclet YAY. I have been using tools from http://www.freedieting.com/ as well as here. they have some interesting ideas. I have bought a new diet log book this one has more pages per day to write exercie logs and comments to. LOVE it. Am going to switch to a "Zig Zag" intake...meant to help prevent/break platues...
(Ex. I am at 1500cals a day 1500cals x 7 days = 10500cals....The ZZ method....Mon 1300 + Tue 1400 + Wed 1700 + Thur 1400 + Fri 1300+ Sat 1800+ Sun 1600 Also = 10500 a week.)
Has anyone else tried this..?
