dinner: stir-fry melons w/ shrimps
rice/ 2 crab rangoons w/o the fried part as possible / some dates / half a banana
milk tea w/ lots of jelly (konjac?)

past sat and sun, no binges; a first since forever and yesterday went well, but today i had 12oz of frozen yogurt and then 2 rather large croissant sold by Costco, but had hula hoop for 2 hours tonight.
tomorrow will have to go on elliptical for at least an hour.

i binged on the entire bag which was worth 1200 calories! and i had an earlier binge at lunch with croissant intertwined with ham and cheese, 3 cookies, more bread...i think i'm gaining a pound a day now...
what should i do about the chips, i can't purge if my life depended on it. i can't work out long or hard enough. I can under eat tomorrow though.

breakfast - papaya 3 slices
snack- banana
lunch - 2 cups of rice with veggies and chicken
BINGE from 12pm to 7 pm
-8 snickerdoodle cookies from fresh & esay (1280 calories)
-carl jr's chili cheese fries (990)
-3 subway cookies (500)
-twix (280)
total calories from binging = 3050 calories !
and plus papaya and lunch would be over 3500!!!!!!!!!!!
i feel like absolute shit, i'm supposed to be focusing on losing not gaining. every time i've had like 3 cookies i feel so gross out, but like 3 hours later i see the cookies and want to eat it again , why?!
now i have to go for a walk, some jogging, and running while i'm so behind in reading and for sociology class. this is what binge eating does, it kills the precious time that is suppose for productivity and healthy calories.
i didn't purge though, yesterday i did after ice cream, some rice, and cookies. my stomach felt so sick and i want to purge now, but it's been so many hours i don't think i can.

snack - 2 chocolate bars (740 calories! I was starving, so...)
dinner - small orange 60
-beef and chicken and mushrooms 150
- cup of rice 250
lesson: always bring a piece of fruit JIC.
-chocolate made me feel sick and dirty

today was good in terms of eating.
b/f- oatmeal
lunch-3 cups of papaya
snack-large apple
dinner-shrimps, boiled veggies
but step aerobics was cancelled. so there was no working out today. i missed thurs also and we only have this class twice a week, so i basically missed a week of aerobics, but i was actually dreading it today even though i know it would be good for me, but had i known today was no class, i show up last week.
my test came back and i got an incredibly humiliating low score, i don't even think i pass it. what's worse is that when i look back at the results, i knew the right answers to the ones i missed because of reading the assigned pages while i had to do my paper for the same class. i should have started my paper early and counted my researching and reading for the paper as studying for the test and that would have saved me so many points. too late now.
