I was very productive last night and I managed my time well. I ended up being able to watch a movie, work out, and get to sleep by 11. Not too bad.
I ran on the treadmill for about 15 minutes and in all I think I burned about 200 calories. It's a good start after being off the bandwagon for so damn long.
I feel much better about myself when I am able to work out.
I agree that I feel a lot better when I work out...I need to remember that for motivation :) Sometimes it's hard, but congrats on getting going! |
