i am 101.60 kg today july 12 (224 lbs). so the weight is coming off, albeit it is not hyper quick (6 lbs in 24 days). i have (re-) started dieting on may 24 (50 days ago) at 110.60 kilos. so i have lost 9 kilos in that 50 days (first few days were of course quick).

on sedentary days i eat about 1300 cals. on very active days it is up to 2000 - i try to keep 800 - 1000 cals deficit.

 

seems ok!

and one family holiday to, well, unform part of it. camé back to town, good nes is i m not fat again, but my regimen needs work!

seems like i am back in the right mindset. stressful events at work passed without me overeating, no binges recently, feeling good

just to sum things up:

lost a significant amount of weight last year, regained about two thirds of it while still far from my goal. working to do better this time. my health is great after losing even the smaller amount (doc put me off thyroid meds, no meds at all now) but as a prevention and to feel better i want to saheed more and get to ym healthy bmi. this site helps tremendously:)

it is funny - just when i was thinking "good, i do not feel like eating any more, not hungry ---blah blah blah" i felt a sudden urge to have something good:) i had a bit of wiggle room left and luckily it pais off to have healthy things in the fridge, so i had a grapefruit and a small bunch of grapes (1280 cals today even after these - it is 9 pm here so chances are that is it. i am going to go to work for a night shift, so if i really want something, i will pack it and have it at 3 am).

funny how the mind plays tricks on people:)

overall i am satisfied with the state of things though - well past the half of my journey and feeling empowered and believing it can be done...

before starting CC, i have always felt sort of guilty after having a meal, because i knew i was eating too much overall. now the feeling has vanished when i eat the way i plan too:there is no need to feel bad about good food that is within the healthy calorie range, and is good for me!

my pleasure delivered from food is actually bigger now, which is one of the side effect i did not expect...
