			<description>&lt;p&gt;I gave in some emotional eating tonight. Sweets were my pain killers. This afternoon after year and a half of care Mr. A was officially returned to his mother. I'm in pain as expected, but I signed up for it so I shouldn't complain much. I just need to clean my head. Tomorrow I'll go Zumba, healthy lunch with my mother-in-law and back to focus on the weight loss. House is terribly quiet. Hubby out of town, daughter with ex, foster boy gone. Once i finish my crying I transfer James to my bed because I promised him that. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Oh yeah! It is going down. I do not log at this time because I'm busy, but I cut down on the massive amounts of almond butter and nuts I consumed in the name of adding more protein in my diet. I went back on cereal with lots of fiber and protein comes from soy milk for breakfast. Some day I just drink super food and carrot juice. Smaller amounts of food also help. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;So I finally got the push I needed. Lady in the gym I go to Zumba with told me my butt looks bigger!!!!! What is she looking at while she zumbaing?!?!?!? My butt! But it worked I got angry, at myself of course. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well, I feel quite humble. I had mental trouble to log food and even to get on computer. Life was busy but it turned into being almost 145 from comfortable 138. I was sick and could not Zumba also. I did log yesterday to see and the moment I hit 1600 calories I got hungry and ate chocolate bar. It is going to be a hard work this time. My goal is X-mas 7Lb. What sucks that even the shoe motivation didn't work because I do not need any and I can go and buy them anyway. Chocolate over shoe fetish. Who knew that sugar addiction could be so strong? I need some strong tape over my pie hole, I need to be locked in the dungeon, I need to have my teeth pulled out or something!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well on very personal mode. Mr. A is going to be leaving us after year and a half and the whole household is going into grieving. We all do it our own way, but it is weird because he is still here and going through the same thing. I'm turning into crying machine. He looks scared and confused, but he needs to go. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;Can't stay with it. Today I'm trying the 40/40/20 break down and it is impossible to get protein up without getting too much fat of added carbs. I stay good all day and with the sun down I start snacking. Every evening I snack myself out of my calorie allowance. I might try duck tape (is that how you spell it? hmmm). Scott is getting ready some pork roast.... good supportive man. My husband said 100 bucks for shoes at the end of October..... I'll take it. I don't need anything, but it is always fun. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;I'm such a fraud...... In my last attempt to lose I gained two more Lb. I need to count and start to be serious again..... I didn't really mean it last time. My goal is to take the doughnut around my waist off because the rest is just fine....well maybe thighs and back of my arm is little giggly, but they should go as the tire is getting attacked.&lt;/p&gt;
