			<title>Going ok so far</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So I ended up eating too much today cuz I snacked during the night.&amp;nbsp; Then, my dad came over and we all ended up eating a Cracker Barrel.&amp;nbsp; Luckily I only went over about 80 calories from my goal, and I compensated by exercising longer.&amp;nbsp; I also started doing some bike riding which helped me work out and keep my heart rate up for longer.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/kalfred02/231589.html</comments>

			<title>Going well so far</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I just started using this website yesterday, and so far it's working out really well.&amp;nbsp; In the past I have always dieted by eating VERY low calories and it always gave me headaches and stuff.&amp;nbsp; This way feels better so far, and I began exercising today again too.&amp;nbsp; Trying to work in more veggies and fruits during the day too.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/kalfred02/231083.html</comments>
