			<description>&lt;p&gt;today i was prety tired so i ate&amp;nbsp; lunch *2 times the recomanded portion* :(&amp;nbsp; when i finaly got up i got my ddr pad out&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; started dancing i&amp;nbsp; danced for about 110 min and burned 1216 calories&amp;nbsp; my meal was&amp;nbsp; close to 750-70 in total&amp;nbsp; so my goal was to burn double that amount which i almost succeeded but its 8 :30 pm here and i dont want to bother my neingbour especialy since since is not realy a friend any more.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;so far today i played 90 mins of ddr&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; burned 984 calories&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; i atea 370 calorie breakfast and bad choice but soda and mcdonalds for lunch at 600 calories&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I not worried about re ganing weight but i want to losse as much as posible so i have to burn as much as posible.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so far today i have 15208 steps done its only&amp;nbsp; 3:38 pm i have still alot of time to acheive my 20000 + Goal&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>sunday my usal day of rest</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;i usaly rest on sunday but i missed 17 and 18 in exercises&amp;nbsp; due to a havy periode&amp;nbsp; and a bad cold&amp;nbsp; i just ended my period today&amp;nbsp; but i still have this anoing cold so i am still exercising and eating well andwithingmy calorie boundries but i cant take it to the extrems&amp;nbsp; so so far today i have 5473 and it's just&amp;nbsp; 1 pm&amp;nbsp; here so plenty of time to have so more steps done i relay want to reach a goal of&amp;nbsp; 20000 steps a day but so far&amp;nbsp; the odds were against me i know when i get rid of this cold i will be able to do alot better.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;i am in my ladies of the month time as well as i have sinus infection lol so i prety worn out today i took it lightly and slowly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so i did the groceries and brought them and cleaned the house and i have 10582 steps on my pedometer.&lt;/p&gt;
