Entry November 7, 2009...it's been a while!
Nov 07 2009 23:09

Well it has been quite a while, hasn't it!

I sort of fell off the wagon 100%, then pulled myself back up and tried to get back to where I was before I fell. It's taken some time, and I haven't completely lost the weight I gained but I'm at 133, so I'm close. I look pretty good and healthy, I just want to be "fit" again.

This ^ is my and my boyfriend (it's been almost 7 months and over a year since me and Jerod broke up) and he makes me feel great. He's so fit and active, and he cooks me healthy meals! He is my inspiration to get back to where I was so that we can be physically healthy together!

All in all over the past 3 months I have worked 40 hours a week, two internships, and school full time. I found out I won't be graduating on time (blah) I will be returning in 2010 for one class. But I'm okay with that, just buyin myself more time before the realworld kicks in.

I'm back to waitressing, but I've been having a hard time getting motivated to work out, which is VERY unlike me.

I have set some new goals for the new happy me:)

  • Cut back on CRAP food; candy, pastries, desserts in general
  • Cut back on drinking (which I already have, but need to continue)
  • Get moving! Go to the gym!
  • Get shit done, school wise
  • Plan, be organized, keep my life in order
  • Be happy :)
  • Check in with CC!
  • 1600 cal/day, try to make the most out of my intake- eat to live healthy!

LaughingI'm ready. Bring it on world!

 Today's calories: 1,659
 Today's exercise: 3 miles/calisthenics
