I returned the quilt set that I bought on line to JC Penny's yesterday. they were real nice about it and didnt hassel me. While I was down the hill in Chico (a 1/2 hr drive) I bought some nice taupe colored flannel sheets. they will be nice and cozy to sleep on.
didnt get the persimmons picked. the squirrels are wasting them. one bite and the go to the next one.
Our heater is working now. It was so nice of our friend's neighbor who is a airconditioning/heater contractor to help us. He ordered the part and came over to check it out after we had taken the deffective part out. He told David and Cameron what to do. The company that we bought it from wouldnt guarantee the part unless a contractor ordered it. He was a real nice guy.
Nicole is leaving in a little while. One of our friend's daughter just turned 27 was diagnosed with lymphoma. She is undergoing chemo now. She is going over to the Hospital to visit her. It is so sad. please keep her in your prayers.
lots of things to do today. and a few leftovers from yesterday.

Oh how sad Karen, my daughter is 27 :( I hope they caught it early and can get rid of it. I say let stand under the tree, when the squirrels throw them down, pick it up and cut off the part they bit and go ahead and use them! LOL Just Kidding! Sorry they are wasting your fruit... look at it this way, hopefully the critters on the ground will take advantage of the scraps and if not, it's compost! |
Prayers coming her way! My bosses wife had that also and the chemo cured it. I hope she has the same great outcome. |
