I went to the rec room in my aprtments today and worked out on the eliptical for 30 minutes. I have to say, i LOVED it. The bad thing is i might be moving just when I'm starting to take advantage of what my apartments have to offer. Fantastic right? LOL. I'm just adding eliptical to things i need.

It's so damn hard to even begin to lose this weight. I have no idea how to do this in a healthy way because i never have before. I don't even own a scale but i REALLY need to get one. My current weight on here is just a near guess and probably not even close. I hope i don't way too much more. I haven't been using this site like i should be. I guess I'm just being lazy. But ever since i gained all this weight i feel tired all the damn time. Or maybe it's all in my head lol. I have no idea. It's incredibly nice to be able to read stories on here but all my friends in real life can eat whatever they want and still look amazing.ha I WISH!

So i started this site awhile ago but haven't been using it like i should, or at all really. I really need to lose weight but i just can't seem to cut back on carbfilled food and junk. It's so easy to just keep sayng tomorrow, i'll start dieting tomorrow. ha! of course tomorrow comes and i'm hungry so i repeat the same thing. I've always struggled with weight, and i have never lost a pound in a healthy way, So im really struggling to do just that. anyways, i've decided that today is going to be different. Problem is i already ate two pieces of pizza. And i get in these moods where i eat something bad for me and get so mad i just let myself eat alot, like punishing myself of something. I don't know. But i'm NOT going to do that today. It surprises me how much better i feel after just writing this all down. I'm definently going to have to keep this up. Wish me luck
