Entry No HIIT...Yet

I woke up and my nose was stuffy. I didn't necessarily feel BAD, but I thought I could benefit from a few extra minutes of sleep since I don't want to get sick to the point of not being able to do things. So no HIIT. However, I keep hearing fantastic things about the new gym at my school so maybe I'll haul my butt over there after I drive my friend to the airport this afternoon.

I'm slowly but surely losing this water weight, so now I'm 3lbs away from where I was before and about 8lbs away from my ideal cut weight. I feel like Regina George from Mean Girls..."I really wanna lose three pounds!"

I also decided to give cottage cheese another shot in a different context. Usually as my after dinner snack I have plain yogurt, ricotta cheese, and blueberries. So today I mixed some ricotta with raspberries for breakfast since I actually like the taste of plain ricotta, and tonight I'll mix the cottage cheese with the yogurt and blueberries to see if that helps.

i just posted about cottage cheese today too, haha.  It does take some getting used to but I love it now.  What kind did you buy?  I buy "hood" non fat, but I find that the "friendship" brand is disgusting
