I never ended up getting to the gym for HIIT yesterday. I drove my friend to the airport and I got so tired on the way back I came home and worked on my grad school applications and was in bed by 9. Today there is no school so I got up and went to the gym this morning, showered, put my pajamas back on and now I plan to do homework and finish my applications for the rest of the day! I have two exams next week and my laziness has gotten the better of me recently so it'll be nice to catch up. Hopefully I can utilize at least Sunday for homework, and both weekend days for HIIT as well as tomorrow. I was coughing a bit at the gym today so I probably would have died if I tried yesterday anyway! I'll drink a ton of tea today (as per usual) and hope that helps!
My mom has a membership to Planet Fitness now, so we're going to go together the day after Thanksgiving while I'm home. We'll both need it! I'm excited to finish Stage 1 of NROL4W on Wednesday! Then I'm supposed to take a week off, LAME!! But I will. See if my weight goes down. It probably won't though, since Thanksgiving falls during my week off and there are never holds barred on Thanksgiving in my family of circle of friends!
Uh-oh. Just got a text from the boyfriend. He was sick and feeling better, but now he says he feels worse. He was supposed to fly out to the Midwest this afternoon and he says there's no way that will happen. The text was from an hour ago but I just texted him back and I haven't heard, he's probably sleeping. That might change my studying plans. Maybe I'll go over and bring some tissues and hand sanitizer and make him some soup (homemade!). He was really looking forward to his trip, bummer! Maybe when he responds I'll just bring my homework over and hang with him for the day. Bad idea, I know, but maybe I won't catch it?
