How infrequent!
Decided to supplement as if I have Seasonal Affective Disorder, taking SAM-e, Vitamin D / Fish Oil, extra B-12. Yoga yesterday, feel it in long ab muscles, hamstrings. Half Moon pose was totes difficile. Doing more raw, veggie, juicing, most processed thing is breads. (okay, aside from a splurge on red velvet cake).
