Well, I think I have beaten myself up enough and now it's time to do something about these terrible eating habits and lack of exercise that I have.
Starting today, I have to get back on track!!!!!!
I will find out on August 27th if my lack of period is causing the weight gain again, but till then I can atleast control what I can.
Moving is done now till the end of the month, so it's time to get back in to exercising and watching my portions!!!
I have to do this! I WANT A FAMILY!

Well, last quarter for Tangerine, I lost 15 pounds and earned $87 and now the new quarter has started AND I'M GAINING WEIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm UP 5 pounds AND I CAN'T SEEM TO LOOSE ANY WEIGHT! I'm not doing anything different and I'm eating healthy! I haven't been using my elliptical but that is because after work I'm running up and down stairs moving all my junk to the new place. I figured that that would consistute as exercise!
I know I'm 20 pounds down, but that 20 pounds came off sooo easy that now I'm frusterated that I can't loose and feel like I'll never reach my goal weight! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So...I have discovered a routine that works for me and I loose about a pound a day. I'm not so sure if this is healthy; howerver, I'm not starving myself and I don't feel hungry.
I drink a TON of water a day!!! Like in the bathroom every ten minutes..lol
I eat most of my calories between 8am and 3pm and I eat between 600-1000 calories. I run on my eliptical for about 10 mins a day or my bf and I walk for about a half hour. Either way, I get daily exercise. For dinner I have veggies with a little bit of french onion dip.
The next morning when I get on the scale, it's always a pound lighter!

So.. Saturday my brother got married and it was fun; however, my cousin was killed in a car accident that morning. So all I want to do is eat "comfort" food. I finally got back in to the 40's and I have been doing a pretty good job staying there, however, when I get home I just need "comfort" food!

Well, today I'm officiallly 18 pounds down! I can't believe it!
To me though, I don't know where I have lost the weight because I still fit in to my same sized clothes and to me I still look the same.

So..I have been having many female issues and I believe that is related to this weight spike. To make a VERY long story short, I have not had a period since August of 2007, which is also when I miscarried. The doctor said it was because I had gained about 30 pounds and my body saw ovulation as a bad thing so it stopped it. (whatever!) So she put me on Promeitrium to force the period and well....It forced a major WATERFALL!! I have missed several days of work and was in the ER sunday. Still feeling weak and ill and bleeding I go back to the doctor and she says she has to give me something to stop the bleeding if it doesn't stop by next week. What a circus!!!! and while this has been going on, the scale said I gained 5 pounds which I believed cause excercise was the LAST thing on my mind and I have been eating poorly. Well, today the scale says that I weight 249 which is 6 pounds less then yesterday! I have not been drinking that much water either. WOW! My poor body is sooooo confused!
My brother's wedding is this weekend and I just hope that I can make it through that with out passing out from all the blood that I have lost.

Normally I can only stick to a diet for about 3 months and then I fall off of it and back to my old ways. While I thougth this diet would be way different and I would stay on it because I was seeing really good results, I have noticed that I am begining to fall off of it.
Over the last two weeks my exercise has decreased to like once a week and I find that I'm not logging my foods. I am, however, still weighing myself and I have not noticed my weight going up or down. I have lost 15 pounds at this point and I have another 80 or so to go. I wonder if my poor attitude towards work is reflecting on me going off of my diet?
I just switched jobs about 7 months ago and since day one, my boss and I have not gotten along. This last week he has gotten really bad and I have began looking for a new place of employment. I found out a couple of weeks ago that he didn't want to hire me cause I was a female! If that isn't grounds for a lawsuit, I'm not sure what is!
Yesterday I had two great interviews and they both sound promising! I am just waiting for them to get back to me with a salary range and if I have the position or not. It will be hard for me to choose which one because I like both of them!
Well, I hope that I can pull myself together and get back on this diet band wagon!

So I have a bad habit of everytime I go into my bathroom and see the scale I have to weight myself; eventhough, I only take my morning weight seriously.
So yesterday morning I was 250 and the whole day I counted my calories and drank lots and lots of water. So that night I decided to see what the scale would say for the heck of it. Suprisingly, it said 249, so I was all excited and was wishing that it was say that Friday morning for I only record my morning weight numbers.
Here is Friday morning and the scale decides to say 250 AGAIN!!!! Now, the only thing I did after I weighted myself Thursday night was eat dinner. Yes, it was pizza from papa murphy's! :( Now if I had eaten a healthy dinner, the scale would have been nice to me and said 249 I bet.
Those 40's have been a pain for me to get back in to!!!! BUT I have to be thankful that the scale is not going higher then 250! :)

I worked so hard at getting that stubborn pound off and got so excited that I actually treated myself on Friday..........except......the treats never stopped through the long weekend and now I'm paying for it!! My weight is up to 252 right now! What a BAAADD GIRL!
Now I have to work extra extra extra hard to get back down to 249 and let me tell you! Just the thought has me soo exhausted! I think I have officially hit the lazy stage of dieting where I give up!

WOW! My stubborn last pound and then some FINALLY decided to leave me! Last night I did a walk jog for about a half hour and when I weighted this morning I was 249!!!! Right at the buzzer I met my goal for the week. This means that I am a total of 16 pounds down! WOW!
