Here I am, back again. Posting publicly now and starting my healthy lifestyle, again, for the LAST time. I'm more determined than ever to reach my goal weight and to STOP letting my weight affect my life so negatively. For the longest time, I've been "unable" to do many of the things I love because I lack the confidence. Not anymore!
It's been 1.5 weeks and I've lost 2 lbs. I'm hoping to lost 2 lbs a week until we move back to the U.S. in August, then just 1.5 lbs a week after that. Once I reach my goal weight I'm going to continue to use CC and post in my WL Xanga to keep myself on track. I will not allow myself to be this way ever again! I'm ready to be carefree and confident again :-D

I decided I need a gameplan for my trip to the states, especially my traveling days. The LAST thing I want to do is jack up my diet on this trip!
I'm still going to consume 1,200 a day, but I'm changing my workouts to 250. I have a hard time doing 500 calorie workouts as it is, and there I'll have even less time!
Travel Day 1
- Workout in the morning, 250 cals
- Pack snacks! Pretzels, Apples, 100 Calorie Packs, Carrots, Odwalla
- Avoid bread, dessert, and cheese on the plane, drink water only
- Have either subway or a salad at the airport, and MAYBE Starbucks (lite)
- Still maintain close to 1,200 cals (it will be a looong day).
- Walk around JFK, ALOT! I have a 6 hour layover and I really should take advantage of it!
- Maybe take some Benefiber, or at least some fiber supplements
- NO POP ALL DAY! Not even diet!
1st Day in the States, shopping list!
- Benefiber
- Cereal
- Soy Milk
- Apples
- Frozen Broccoli
- Bananas
- 100 cal packs
- Lean Cuisines
- Pretzels
Grad Party
- Get there late, eat before I go
- No alcohol
- NOTHING!
THE WEDDING!
- Definitely work out that morning, extra if I can!
- Avoid sauces and carbs at dinner so I can have cake.
- 1 glass of wine or champagne, no exceptions
Overall trip tips
- No Alcohol! Even with friends. What's the point!?
- Be active during the day, go for walks etc.
- Do NOT make eating out exceptions, i.e. Pizza, Chinese, etc.
- Be sure to take Green Tea Supplement, I need all the hunger help I can get
- DQ and Coldstone - Light or Yogurt only, NO toppings.
- Get Subway, ALOT!!
Traveling Back to Germany
- Pack TONS of healthy snacks, resist all urges to buy crap to eat at the airport
- Avoid bread, dessert, and cheese on flight, drink water only
- Salad or Subway at the airport ONLY.

Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
