okay so this summer i have decided to get down to buisness and try my hardest to get into tip top shape which means going to the gym, running on my own and losing the extra weight! i want to be happy with myself, and not depressed on how i look. i dont want to feel guilty eating foods. anyone have any tips on curving my appetite? i want/need to lose about 15-20 pounds by august 15th, i hope i can do it! someone please motivate me..so far today i ran for 26 minutes, then going to the gym later..i have had about 650 calories today eekk ahh woops. haha okay well idk someone help. i need a friend i can be honest with. im scared to tell others, is that weird?
