It was a rough weekend - but I lost 1.2 lbs.  Less than 2 lbs. but I lost.  I'v finally decided to really think about how much weight I'm putting on my knees which are really aching all the time now.  " Fat in - fat on"  That's my new motto.

I'm so happy - I LOST WEIGHT!  It's hard not looking for a week.
