yup, size 10. been a while. getting much much closer to my goal. just bought a brandy new suite at a factory outlet store, and I am so so so surprised... but 12s were too big. thinking this may be a dream and I will wake up to find that it is a 12, which is still smaller than the 16 I started with....

hanging tough with the weight. it is starting to get nicer and stay light later, hope to resume evening running with the dog.

42!! felling pretty good about this. although the holidays and all the food really suck with the dieting. also, wheather not condusive to outdoor activities... hard to go run in the park with my dog with 80 mile hour wind gusts and inches of rain falling from the sky.

thanksgiving blew the big 40 ;-( need to loose about 3 pounds. between ailines, jet lag, and holiday meals, I guess I am not surprised.

down about 33 lbs. on track for my initial goal of 40 by halloween. running about 4 times a week, about 3 miles at a time.

definitely down 30. occasionally more. BMI has dropped to under 30 too. finally really starting to look and feel different.

I am down somewhere between 28-30 lbs; depending on the mood of the scale. YAY. Running about 5 days a week, about 3.5 miles. I am finally starting to see results with the exersice.

haven't been on in a while. down about 24 pounds... work crazy, no time :-(

down 20 lbs. and occasionally 22 depending on how the scale feels that morning. maybe the increased cardio is helping. experiencing soreness in shins though. urgh hoping it isn't the beginnings of shin splints.
