			<title>its been along way to get here</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot;&gt;I have finally started back to watching what I eat and doing some movement.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot;&gt;I went swimming last week, and again this weekend. I have been watching what I eat since Saturday, it is now Monday. I have tried to eat more raw food than cooked.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot;&gt;I feel very good today, not tired as I usually do after work.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot;&gt;I have eaten too much dinner of salad and sardines. But It will go down soon.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot;&gt;I feel good within my self, feel I am doing something that will help me like myself again.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot;&gt;after two weeks of no gym and alot of take aways (mum in hospital) I have gained weight, I am now 81.4 kgs, my waist is 90 cm, and I feel like crap. Heavy, bloated, nothing fits, and my moods are really swinging from good to bad.I want to get down to 73 kgs or really nice 70 kgs. I want to feel alot better than I am now. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot;&gt;My blood pressure is up to 13.8.09 134/ 88or 90, my cholesterol is up (the bad one) my waist is 90 cm&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>start the competition </title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Cherrie and I are starting a competition on sunday, every two weeks we weigh ourselves and who loses the least will pay the other $10.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>chocolate cravings why</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;today has been a hard day, I have wanted chocolate all day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am tired and body sore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have eaten 6 chocolate chip cookies..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;oh well still within my calories for the day, just not healthy calories.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>last week..</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;1 June to 7 June&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ate out twice once queens birthday and on friday 5.6.09&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I lost nor gained weight this week very disappointed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>two weeks</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;two weeks and i have not lost any nor gained any, what was that about?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;anyway from today I am going to be more consistant with my food dairy and what I eat.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am not going to go out to eat twice a week like before and I am going to reduce my intake of coffee, even if its defa its still with milk.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am doing 3 days gym per week and at least 2 days sauna. I will increase gym to 4 days at least.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am going to be more honest will what portion I eat and also eat at better times thru the day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>first week over</title>

&lt;p&gt;First week over and I am very proud of myself.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I stuck to the calorie count everyday except yesterday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I worked out monday to thursday,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;then sauna for . friday, saturday, monday. so that burn off at least 300 calories per day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;our weigh in and measurements are done this friday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I feel better, I think I look better, even after just 1 week, and Kim says I look like I have lost a little bit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so all is working great.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Bad day meal</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;lunch was dim sum plus the pastry type. I dont usually eat them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then to dennys for desert. pancakes with two scoops of icecream and some fresh cream.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;seasame bar from warehouse. problem 200 calories just that bar.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I am doing really well this week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Done gym each day so far, plus eating good and doing the calorie count.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;keeping this count really helps this time&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My partner and I are doing it together and the rule i:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once you have reached your calorie allowance for the day then you are not allowed to eat anything else except water from that time on for the rest of that day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This alone makes you more aware of what you eat and how many calories you have eaten.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;yes feeling great .&lt;/p&gt;
