Well, I'm going to attempt to get back to counting my calories like I had prior to the summer starting. I was doing so well and then it was BBQ, BBQ, BBQ, drinks in the afternoon, wedding, etc. I finally just gave up.
But all is not lost because I'm back with new motivation and a genuine will to get these 100 Ibs. off as soon as possible!!
