i dropped four pounds last week.     =]

i was soo happy-    all the running, healthy eating, and lifting was worth it.

now here is the problem,   (i dont binge).. but if i take weekends and not worry about what i eat, will i end up gaining it back? 

because i do a weekly weigh in/ measurement.  (This way i wont get discouraged by water weight etc. )   

....I wish i was young agian and i ONLY ate when i was hungry, and it was WHATEVER the hell i wanted it to be.
