I had lost 5 pounds and was at 160 Monday but then Wednesday I was back at 165, water fluctuation I guess.
I got on the food guide pyramid website so I can see how much I should be eating. They had me at 2400 cal's a day. I got on the calorie target on this site and added 500 calories to account for what I'll burn daily breastfeeding and should be eating 2000 a day to lose weight. We'll start there.
Diet guidelines suggest
8 oz. grains daily (1 bagel= 4oz, 3 c popcorn, 1 c cereal, 1/2 c cooked pasta, 1 slice bread, 1 6 in tortilla) (4 oz. whole grain)
cereal (1.5), breadstick (2), pasta, (2) 
3 c. veggies daily (weekly- 3 c. dark green (lettuce/broccoli), 2 c. orange (squash, carrots, sweet potatoes), 3 c. beans, 6 c. starchy (corn, peas, potatoes), and 7 c. other)
mixed veggies (cauliflour, carrots, snap peas) .75, marinara 2, corn .5 
2 c. fruit- juice and grapes 
3 c. milk- milk in cereal, frappicino, viactiv 
meat and beans 6.5 oz (3 oz = 1 palm sized amount and 1 egg = 1 oz)
pork chop 5, beef 1.5
extras- 360 calories- fruit snacks- 100 
7 t- oils daily- butter 3, ranch dip 2
