OK....I'm 53 years old and trying to lose 70 lbs! Have some physical issues....my foot was torn from the socket in a motorcycle accident back in 93 and I don't have full range in motion, just alot of swelling and arthritis. This makes alot of activities difficult such as elipticals, running, bicycles, climbing and descending stairs, and the like. Used to be one of those 5'7" 120 lb ladies that couldn't gain a pound 20 years ago! Ha!
Got any suggestions????
