How time flies

I had no idea it had been that long sence I added to my journal. I am down 41 pounds now and my husband is down 60 pounds. It is realy beginning to show on me now. He looks 30 years younger and feels it too. Larry is almost at his goal on 20 pounds I believe he said.

We had a greata pizza with a friend last week. It did not kill us or destroy all of our efforts. We had a great time and enjoyed some flovors we had not had in a while then back to to process.

I think balance is so improtant if you are going to be successful. Enjoying life!

Well I still have my shoulder problem which is more than i ever imagined. It effects so much but I am still loosing fat. I look differnt i feel differnet and everyday i see and feel the fat going away. Osolean has been a a great tool.

Becasue I loose more fat than just reducing calories I am smaller now than at the weight before. It is very exciting.

Larry won the local contest for the most inches in a four month time period. that ws kind of exciting. I did not think i was even in the running.

later

Sunday

We went to hardees today after the meeting to grab a bite before we went to visit my brother. I thought what can we get here that would be ok to eat. So what they did was took the patty and put it on a plate with the lettuce tomato and onion on the side and it came with a side salad. We soked up all the grease into several napkins from the patty and there was alot of it. then we eat it with a knife and fork like it was a peice of steak. It was not to bad and filled me up just fine. Larry had a side salad with his. Improvising. The manager was overwieght also and was very kind. He is interested in loosing some weight too so we are going to get together with him and help him do what we are doing. It is exciting to be able to help others loose fat and regain their health too.

One of our customers came in yeaterday after not seeing us for a couple of months. He could not believe the weight loss. He went home and told his wife and when he came back to pick up their dog they also got start started.

This morning while we were at them meeting a women walked up and said she wanted to know more about what we were doing so i meet with her on Wed. this is very exciting.

So the exray showed no broken bones in the shoulder and no fractures. I go Tuesday to see if the rotory cuff is damaged. We will lean if i just need physical thereapy on it or surgery.

The weight loss is going well, business is going well and except for the shoulder I am doing well.

Hope you had a great weekend

I can not believe it

I am down another pound today. That makes it 27 pounds since S 14th.

I never could have imagined this kind of success in a milllion years. I have never thought i eat that much and that my weight issues i have blamed on various health conditions.

But by keeping myself honest with the calories I am actually eating and using healthy foods and healthy eating habits the changes have been incredable. I can see how they do it on the biggest looser show now.

I have been working on the exercise thing that is where i need the work. I have walked both on the treadmill and on the trail and survived both times. Who would have guest. All my excuses are gone. OH NO! Responsibility for my life. How can this be. I could have fixed this years ago but did not believe I had the power to do so.

I am a die hard believer now. There are no excuses only choices. I am learning to make good choices that will impact my life in a positive way the rest of my life. One foot in fornt of the other.

One more day towards a better quality of life under my belt, that by the way a belt i have to tighten up now.

have a great weekend

WOW!

After a very long week last week I am now down 26 pounds. Larry is down 36 hurray!

I love getting up in the morning and seeing haw hard my body has worked for me. If I do what i am suppose to do my body will take over and do what it good for me. Removing this fat is goooooooood for me. Luv it!

I can see the differnce in th way I look now which is exciting to me. At this weight somtimes it is hard to see the progress but it is visable to me and that is an encourgement to keep on going. the scale is nice but seeing is believing and I am seeing it.

Well I have my appointment for the Dr and my shoulder on Thursday. He will order the MRI and then we will see what comes after that.

Have a successful day!

.6

I am down .6 so it has begun. I am on the next leg. Very encouraging. After years of struggleing i keep expecting it to stop but it jsut keeps going. This morning I looked down and my gut looks different and i tried on some skirts that i just tried on last week that I can now wear. Fat takes up three times more space so even though a lot of pounds are not comming off my body is still changing.

I servived the walk with a little bit of knee pain the next day but not bad so every other day may work right now for walking. that is the goal untill my knee gets better.

I can't get in to hav my shoulder looked at for two weeks so I will endure that for a while longer.

have a great day!

His belly is almost gone. I can not belive it and he still has another 35 or so pounds to go. He is going to look hot. I am still at the same but expecting a drop.

I walked for a mile yesterday with my brother and our dog. it was a beautiful day.

Off and running this morning to a business meeting.

have a great day

flat line

My graph has flat lined this week. I have started the treadmill and my knee seems to be ok with it so far. This should make a difference in weeks to come.

I have to go back to recording my food. I must be eating more than I think. That is the great thing about this tool. You can easily check to see where you are going wrong.

Sometimes you are not going wrong your body is simply ajusting to all the good work you have been doing. With a 24 pound wieghtloss i guess it is time for an ajustment.

Looking forward to the weeks ahead.

new lows a few days ago

I forgot to update my journal. A few days ago We both reached new lows.

Larry is 32 down and I am 24.

All else is well here. We are having beautiful weather. I hope I will get the MRI on my shoulder next week to see if rehab can fix it or surgery. What a bummer. It is always something. I do not think it will effect my weight loss to any great degree. I have heard good reports about the surgery results so I am not to concerned. If I can regain full range of maotion I will be very happy. Next week will probably be a week of doctors to find out what my options are. Hoping for rehab.

Have a great weekend.

The Osolean Buzzzzzzzzzzzz

Its real folks My husband and I are living proof Osolean really works. This site helps to make the changes life long. Learning proprer eating habits and accountabilty are great tools for life life fat loss. I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. I take the Oslean twice a day in my drink. I also eat three meals a day and three snacks. I am not hungry and the fat is melting away. We watched our calories down to the letter for two weeks now we have a good idea so we have no stress over it. We eat good qulaity food and drink plenty of water. 30 min of exercise 3 to 5 times a week is the goal. That is for heart health and muscle tone. I am sure it will not hurt the weight loss either.

I wish I had this twenty years ago. I will not waist another day beating myself up. Join us in our wellnes journey. Nothing to loose but fat and everything to gain.

OH So Easy Osolean. Two scoops twice a day it really is that easy. We have eight new people started on this journey with us. One women I spoke to yesterday has only been on the Osolean for about two weeks and had lost an inch around her waist. She was so excited she now has to wear a belt to keep her pants up. This is oh so fun. We are going to meet for coffee on Tuesday.

No excuses

Check out my video on you tube of some baby squirrels on my husbands legs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJevX8PgbqA

Another day another pound. I am down 23 pounds now sence Sept 14. Larry is at 30. I am so excited every day I wake up and wiegh my self. Now they tell you not to weigh your self everyday but it is just to exciting. I am using the graph for weightloss on this sight so even if you have days that nothing happens or it goes up for some reason you can see the over all trend is going down and your success is so clear. Love it! there are great tools on this sight to keep you in line.

I know the product I am taking is really helping with the hunger and the fat loss. I never would have imagined I could loose this much fat this fast. My husband Is really looking good. I have noticed it a lot in my face along with the belly fat, back fat and my little duffer. It makes calorie counting a breeze.

Another awsome day. If you hate your Belly fat give me a call or drop me a line. I can help.
