heh I've been sooooo sick for almost two weeks now.  No work outs at all.  I've been maintaining my weight just because I am trying to remember to eat.  I'm not hungry at all.

I've lost all the definition I worked so damn hard for.  That's the really frustrating part.  Well.. That and I cant get across the living room w/o being exhausted.
