			<title>A New Beginning</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today I want to start a new beginning.&amp;nbsp; I have been saying this for the last several years.&amp;nbsp; I talk the talk but do not walk the walk; however 2 months ago i reached a whopping 226lbs.&amp;nbsp; My husband wanted us to start something together and asked me to step on the scales...i just looked at him and said&quot;OMIGOD&quot;.&amp;nbsp; I couldn't believe it.&amp;nbsp; I thought maybe, 210 or lower but not 226.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So i came into work this morning and started off with my morning shake.&amp;nbsp; About a half hour ago one of my co-workers brought in a black bottom muffin.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if you know what they are but I would say quite a few calories.&amp;nbsp; Took the top off the muffin(the most fattening part) ate it and threw the rest in the garbage.&amp;nbsp; Okay, so I already blew it somewhat but I am going to try and eat sensibly for the rest of the day.&amp;nbsp; I have my vegetarian chili(no, i am not vegetarian; just wanted to cut out the hamburger meat) my yogurt and my fruit.&amp;nbsp; This evening i am planning to do a shrimp stir fy&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So let's get started.&lt;/p&gt;
