This is the last workout of the recovery week. On Monday, the grueling fun starts again!
Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! I hope you are all aware that this day marks the martyrdom of Saint Valentine, martyred around 269 AD. The feast of St. Valentine was first established in 496 by Pope Gelasius I. In the Eastern Orthodox tradition, St. Valentine's day is commemorated on July 6.
