Entry P90X Round 3 Day 33: Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X

Today's workout is Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X.

I'm feeling a bit tired, but that's because as of Tuesday, I have gone cold turkey on caffeine and artificial sweeteners. No saccharin, aspartame, sucralose... and no diet colas...

I'm getting a bit more sleep and my body is feeling a bit more naturally energetic with each day, so I think I am detoxing.

Still... The lure of coffee was very strong this morning ay breakfast, though I did resist.

Awesome!  I prefer to live my life that way but for right now I am including sucralose and caffeine.  Sucralose for the low sugar aspect and caffeine cuz I can.  I will come back to a day where I cut these things out of my diet and go back to sugar.  When I am pregnant though I am mostly caffeine free and absolutely no sweeteners.

I think you will feel so much better!
