Yesterday I ran 18 miles. That is the last big run before the Marathon on 4/26 (about 13 days away now!)
I am in the last recovery week, finishing off round 3 of P90X, which is actually perfect. I'm ramping the exercise down over the next two weeks, doing a lot of resting the last few days before the Sunday that I run.

18 mile run? I can't even comprehend that right now. You must have legs like freakin' steel bands. |
Thanks. A couple of weeks ago, I did 20 miles. On 4/26 I'll be running 26.2 miles, but I feel prepared. |
