Entry P90X Round 4 started yesterday. Today is Day 2: Plyometrics.

I did the Chest and Back routine yesterday. My numbers were less than they were before, but I am baselining to my new numbers (given that I took about 3 weeks from the P90X workouts to prepare for the marathon I just ran).

Today's workout is Plyometrics. I am taking the DVD into work and plan to do the workout in the fitness center at work.

Worst part of being sick? Can't workout!!!  It sucks!  But I'll be back with ya ASAP!!

Uh... Looking at this page, my guess would be... Maybe in 4-5 years.

I'll be happy to finish my next marathon in under 5 hours and the one after that in 4:30:00. I'm taking the slow long term approach.
