I did the Chest and Back routine yesterday. My numbers were less than they were before, but I am baselining to my new numbers (given that I took about 3 weeks from the P90X workouts to prepare for the marathon I just ran).
Today's workout is Plyometrics. I am taking the DVD into work and plan to do the workout in the fitness center at work.

Uh... Looking at this page, my guess would be... Maybe in 4-5 years. I'll be happy to finish my next marathon in under 5 hours and the one after that in 4:30:00. I'm taking the slow long term approach. |
