I have another day off tomorrow. :-)

Today's workouts were Yoga-X and this run.

Hi brother!

I'm doing the Master Your Metabolism plan by Jillian Michaels.  It's her new book.  Basically, it's about using food for health and to balance your hormones.  You eat 4 times a day (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner) and all are supposed to be a balance of fat, carbs and proteins, except for dinner, which is only protein, a bit of fat, and non-starchy veggies.  No frozen dinners, white flour, sugar (honey can be used sparingly).  Basically nothing processed or premade.  There are certain brands of organic processed foods that are allowed, such as Kashi and Arrowhead Mills, but I pretty much have just been making stuff from scratch (to the best of my ability, anyway ;)   I really like it so far!  Haven't had the random skin breakouts like I normally do, and until I had my cheat meal the other day, I was back down to 106lbs.  Not that I really care about the weight; I just want to see my abs some day.  If you get some time, head to the bookstore and check it out.
