Entry It's the weekend...

I got to get up late today. 6:30AM for me. :-) I usually get up at 5AM.

I made a big breakfast for my son since he is going hiking today. His breakfast was a three-egg ham and cheese omelete, a large glass of orange juice and some protein pancakes.

I told him that he needs to load up on a combination of fast and slow fuels so that he won't get hungry too quickly and maintain his energy.

I'm driving him to the rendezvous point with his Boy Scout Troop next and then I'll be back home again.

I haven't weighed myself yet this morning. I'll do it when I get back.

I hope all of you are having fun today!

I've tried those pancakes, they are pretty good. =)

Yeah, those pancakes have become one of my favorites!

I tried making them with crushed blueberries once (instead of bananas) and they turned out very very blue and weird looking and did not taste as good.
