Allright everyone,
I was working at home, on conference calls from 5AM this morning, taking care of things at work at the same time (multi-tasking).
Now, at noon, it's time to take an hour and a half and turn off the mind and go through my Yoga-X workout.
I hope everyone is having a great day today!

Today is supposed to be Shoulders and Arms.
I overslept this morning and have not done it yet, but I plan on doing it this afternoon. I will update this entry once I have completed the workout!
I figure that if I write a note about it in my journal, I will be more likely to follow through (just like a lot of my recent runs).
Thank you, my friends, for being a part of my own personal system of accountability. You don't really have to do anything, but just knowing that you have read my little daily promises helps.
Have a great Wednesday!
Update: Finished my P90X workout this afternoon (the minute I got home). Yay!

Did my Plyometrics workout this morning.
Next, my 3 mile run for the day: Here it is. I love the pace! (9:51 per mile)
Some more geeky notes about my iPhone TrailGuru application and battery drain in the first comment...

Finished my P90X workout this morning (finally getting back into the early morning workout schedule), then showered and headed off to work.
Meetings, meetings and more meetings.
I hope everyone is having a great week!

Today is a P90X rest day.
I'm running at least 7.5 miles, starting in a few minutes. Will post a link to my run later.
Have a great Sunday everybody!
Update: Here is the link to the run, with some photos. Not a bad pace.
I'm going to have to figure out how to make my iPhone battery last longer. I started with 100% charge, and ended with a 50% charge over the course of this run. I would love to be able to track and post the actual marathon run in April, which is going to last a bit more than 3 times as long as today's run. Hmmm... If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them.

Just did my Kenpo-X workout. I'm going to take a shower and head over to a friend's housewarming party next.
I've been playing a little bit on facebook the last couple of days.
If any one of you all has a facebook account, feel free to friend me. I've been finding it a fun way to connect with people near and far. Just search for Kayvan Sylvan.
Have a great weekend, everyone!

Happy Friday!
This morning, I had breakfast with my daughter, then drove to work. Worked till early afternoon, then headed home.
At home, I did my P90X workout (Legs and Back today). Tomorrow is Kenpo-X, if I recall correctly.
The weekend is here. Yay! Have a great one, everybody!

I was on a conference call at 5AM till 8:30AM today. I had another conference call after that. I got into the office a little after 11:30AM. In person meetings lasted till 1:45PM.
At around 2PM, I went into the workout room, popped in my P90X Yoga-X DVD, and followed along.
After that, I did my afternoon run. The run felt great, especially after the Yoga-X workout!
Next, I am going to stop by a garthering of old colleagues at a local Irish bar and grill, before heading home.
I hope you are all having a great day!

Today was one of those days that I could have wimped out.
I had back to back meetings from 6AM to 3:30PM. I got up at 5:30, put some lunch together, drove to work.
I attended my meetings and teleconferences, managing to eat in small breaks between meetings.
After the meetings, some other things needed to be done, so I got home at around 5:30.
I popped in my DVD shortly afterwards and finished my workout for the day. Yay me!
Tomorrow, my meetings start at 5AM! (grumble grumble... darned international teams....). Oh well.
Tomorrow's workout is Yoga-X and a 30 minute marathon prep run, I will somehow fit it all in.

This morning's workout was Plyometrics.
The "Jump Knee Tuck" move really hurts when you are already sore in your thighs from running.
Just now, I also did my 30 minute run for this afternoon.
Whoa!!! Those statistics can't be right... An average pace of 8:13?!? Well... The distance looks right and it felt like a nice smooth run... I guess I will see on Thursday if the time is similar.
Have a great day, my friends!
